White wheat flour 50% / wholemeal wheat flour 50% / 7 seed blend / water, salt,

 

7 Seed Blend : flax/linseed, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, oats, millet, sunflower seeds, chopped rye flakes

Also contains traces of : Rice flour/ Sunflower Oil
